Shall the pari-mutuel system of betting on licensed' ns <br /> dog races be permitted in this county? K <br /> NO <br /> QUESTION NO. 4. <br /> QUESTION OF PUBLIC POLICY <br /> • <br /> "Shall the Representatives in the General Court from <br /> this district be instructed to vote to request-the Pres- <br /> ident and Congress to call at the earliest possible moment YES <br /> a convention of Representatives of all free peoples, to <br /> frame a Federal Constitution under which they may unite in NO <br /> a Democratic World Government?" <br /> The polls will be open at 6 :00 A. M. and will remain open <br /> until 8:00 P. M. <br /> And you are directed to serve this Warrant seven days at least <br /> before the time of said meeting as provided in the By-laws of the <br /> Town. <br /> Hereof fail not, and make due return on this Warrant, with <br /> your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk on or before the time of <br /> said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands at Lexington, this 19th day of October, <br /> A.- D. 1942. <br />
