J <br /> 8. <br /> ARTICLE 21. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town way, <br /> and accept the layout of as a town way, Lalland Terrace from Wingate Road <br /> 350 feet, more or less, southeasterly as laid out by the Selectmen and shown <br /> upon a plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated April 4, 1960, <br /> and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement <br /> or other interest in land necessary therefor; and appropriate money for the <br /> construction of said street and for land acquisition; and provide the money <br /> by transfer from available funds , including any unexpended balances in current <br /> appropriations; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 22. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town way, <br /> and accept the layout of as a town way, Hastings Road from Massachusetts <br /> Avenue to Childs Road as laid out by the Selectmen aid shown upon a plan <br /> on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated April t}, 1960, and to take <br /> by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee , easement or other <br /> interest in land necessary therefor ; and appropriate money for the construction <br /> of said street and for land acquisition; and provide the money by transfer <br /> from abailable funds, including any unexpended balances in current appropri- <br /> ations; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 23 . To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town way, <br /> and accept the layout of as a town way, Emerson Road from East Street PO <br /> feet, more or less, northerly as laid out by the Selectmen and shown upon a <br /> plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated August 1, 1960, and to <br /> take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee , easement or <br /> other interest in land necessary therefor; and appropriate money for the con- <br /> struction of said street, including the installation of a water main, and <br /> for land acquisition and provide the money by transfer from available fends, <br /> including any unexpended balances in current appropriations, or by borrowing, <br /> or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br />
