To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Emerson Road from Vine <br /> Brook 740 feet, more or less, southeasterly as laid out by the Selectmen <br /> and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated <br /> April 4, 1960, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise ac- <br /> quire any fee , easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; <br /> and appropriate money for the construction of said street and for land <br /> the <br /> acquisition; and provid/money by transfer from available funds, in- <br /> cluding any unexpended balances in current appropriations; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICr,W16 . To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Graham Road from Burlington <br /> Street 700 feet, more or less, southerly and easterly as laid out by <br /> the Selectmen and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the Town <br /> Clerk, dated April 4, 1960, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or <br /> otherwise acquire any fee , easement or other interest in land necessary <br /> therefor; and appropriate money for the construction of said street and <br /> for land acquisition; and provide the money by transfer fxa ava2able <br /> funds, including any unexpended balances in current appropriations; or <br /> act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICIP17 . To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Whittier Road from Graham <br /> Road 645 feet, more or less, southwesterly as laid out by the Se7e ctme n <br /> and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated <br /> April 4, 1960, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise <br /> acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; <br /> and appropriate money for the construction of said street and for land <br /> acquisition; and provide the money by transfer from available funds, <br /> including any unexpended balances in current appropriations; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
