Y/ 2. <br /> "Hawthorne Acres , Section One", and bounded easterly by land of the Town <br /> sometimes known as the Willard Woods; and appropriate money therefor and <br /> determine whether the money shall be provided by transfer from available <br /> funds, including any unexpended balances in current appropriations, or by <br /> borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE L . To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen on behalf <br /> of the Town to purchase, take by eminent domain, or otherwise acquire for <br /> playground and recreational purposes, and other public purposes, a parcel <br /> of land situated on Lowell Street and abutting upon Town land used as the <br /> site of the Harrington School, said parcel having an area of eight <br /> acres, more or less, and being shown on plan entitled "Plan of Proposed <br /> Recreation Area Lexington, Mass.", dated August 8, 1960, John J. Carroll, <br /> Town Engineer, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk; <br /> and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended <br /> balances in current appropriations, or by borrowing, or bynany combination <br /> of these methods ; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTIC7.F 5. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen on behalf <br /> of the Town to purchase , take by eminent domain or otherwise acquire for <br /> school, playground, and other public purposes a parcel of land situated on <br /> Middleby Road and abutting on Town land on Lincoln Street which is now used <br /> in part as the site of the Town dump; and appropriate money therefor and <br /> provide the money by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended <br /> balances in current appropriations; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br />
