To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by changing certain land from an R 1 One Family Dwelling District to a C 3 Special Commercial District by adding in Section 4 Geographical Description of Districts the following new paragraph: (h) C 3 - Special commercial districts . 1.
