To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen <br /> to accept on behalf of the Town for conservation purposes a deed from Oneida <br /> Corporation, conveying to the Town Lot 4 (10.346 acres +) as shown on a plan en- <br /> titled "Drummer Boy Green, Lexington, Mass. " , dated October 25, 1974, revised <br /> December 6, 1974, by Boston Survey Consultants, Inc. , recorded in Middlesex South <br /> Registry of Deeds, and a 50-foot easement along that portion of the Drummer Boy <br /> subdivision that does not abut conservation land, or act in any other manner in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Planning Board) <br /> ARTICLE 86. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen <br /> to accept on behalf of the Town a deed from Village Development Corp. conveying to <br /> the Town Parcel "A" (152 ,045 square feet) , and Parcel "B" (4,041 square feet) as <br /> shown on a plan entitled "Lowell Estates Section 2, Lexington, Mass." , dated <br /> June 27, 1974, by Miller and Nylander, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, recorded in <br /> Middlesex South Registry of Deeds; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Planning Board) <br /> ARTICLE 87. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to reconvey <br /> such part of the sewer easement shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Drain Easement off <br /> Green Lane, Lexington, Mass. , dated May 9, 1967, John J. Carroll, Town Engineer" , <br /> which is no longer needed, to Anthony and Gabrielle Mazza; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 88.
