- 26 - <br /> ARTICLE 74. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 2 and the first <br /> paragraph of Section 3 of Article XIII of the General By-Laws of the Town of <br /> Lexington to provide for terms of members of the Appropriation Committee to expire <br /> on June 30 and for appointments to be made within thirty days after the expiration <br /> of a term or earlier vacancy, and to make appropriate changes with respect to the <br /> organization of the Committee; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Appropriation Committee) <br /> ARTICLE 75. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 6 of Article III <br /> of the General By-Laws of the Town of Lexington by striking out the words "and <br /> in a public place in each of the precincts of the Town; and, if the period of <br /> adjournment will permit, shall be mailed to each town meeting member at least <br /> twenty-four hours before the time of the adjourned meeting and shall be published <br /> in some newspaper published in the town"; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br />
