- 18 - <br /> ARTICLE 54. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission to <br /> purchase or otherwise acquire, and will authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent <br /> domain, upon the written request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation <br /> purposes including outdoor recreation as provided by Section 8C of Chapter 40 of <br /> the General Laws, as amended, any fee, easement, or conservation restriction as <br /> defined in Section 31 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws, or other interest in <br /> all or any part of land shown as Lot 66 on Assessors' Property Map 59, now or <br /> formerly of Boston Edison Company; and appropriate money therefor and determine <br /> whether the money shall be provided by the tax levy, by transfer from available <br /> funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Conservation Commission) <br /> ARTICLE 55.
