- 16 - ARTICLE 50. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission to purchase or otherwise acquire, and will authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent domain, upon the written request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes including outdoor recreation as provided by Section 8C of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, as amended, any fee, easement, or conservation restriction as defined in Section 31 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws, or other interest in all or any part of land shown as Lot 122 on Assessors' Property Map 64, now or formerly of Pilgrim Congregational Church; and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided by the tax levy, by transfer from available funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods, or act in any other manner in relation thereto. Brown; and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided by the tax levy, by transfer from available funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
