- 14 - <br /> ARTICLE 46. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission to <br /> purchase or otherwise acquire, and will authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent <br /> domain, upon the written request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation <br /> purposes including outdoor recreation as provided by Section BC of Chapter 40 of <br /> the General Laws, as amended, any fee, easement, or conservation restriction as <br /> defined in Section 31 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws, or other interest in all <br /> or any part of land shown as Lot 75 on Assessors' Property Map 24, now or formerly <br /> of Rocco Frasca; and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the tax levy, by transfer from available funds, or by borrowing, <br /> or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Conservation Commission) <br /> ARTICLE 47.
