- 9 - ARTICLE 32. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for highway maintenance under the authority of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for constructing, originally equipping and furnishing an addition to the Westview Cemetery Building; determine whether such appropriation shall be raised by borrowing or otherwise; or take any other action in relation thereto. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the purposes of remodeling, reconstructing or making extraordinary repairs to the Cary Memorial Library, for purchasing additional departmental equipment to be used in such library and for constructing, originally equipping and furnishing an addition to such library; determine whether such appropriation shall be raised by borrowing or otherwise; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money for expenses incurred in connection with the temporary relocation of facilities at Cary Memorial Library resulting from the construction project; determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
