- II - <br /> ARTICLE 42. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money under the provisions <br /> of Chapter 911 of the Acts of 1971 in anticipation of the celebration of the two hundredth <br /> anniversary of the American Revolution, and determine whether the money shall be provided <br /> by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these <br /> methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ( Inserted at the request of Bicentennial Committee) <br /> ARTICLE 43. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the purposes of <br /> remodeling, reconstructing or making extraordinary repairs to Buckman Tavern; determine <br /> whether such appropriation shall be raised by borrowing or otherwise; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> ( Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 44. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the development of <br /> paths for walking, bicycling and cross-country skiing in such locations as the Recreation <br /> Committee may determine with the approval of the Board of Selectmen; determine whether the <br /> money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by <br /> any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ( Inserted at the request of Recreation Committee) <br /> ARTICLE 45. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the further <br /> development and improvement of the Old Res area; determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination <br /> of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ( Inserted at the request of Recreation Committee) <br /> ARTICLE 46. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the further <br /> development of the so-called dump area on Lincoln Street; determine whether the money shall <br /> be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br />
