-8- <br /> ARTICLE 29. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for engineering <br /> services and plans for sewer mains in such accepted or unaccepted streets or other land <br /> as the Selectmen may determine, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the <br /> current tax levy or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 30. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money to be expended by the <br /> Selectmen as authorized by Chapter 570 of the Acts of 1962 for reimbursing subdividers for <br /> part of the cost of constructing ways or installing municipal services, as required by the <br /> Planning Board in its approval of definitive subdivision plans under the Subdivision Control <br /> Law, of a greater width or size than would be required to serve the subdivision alone, the <br /> reimbursement as to any subdivision not to exceed the amount recommended by the Planning <br /> Board, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by <br /> transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 31. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to purchase, take by <br /> eminent domain or otherwise acquire for school, playground and other public purposes all or <br /> any part of the land now or formerly of Alice E. Ashley and Rosamond J. Ashley Savage <br /> described in a deed recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 11806, <br /> Page 284, and all or any part of the land now or formerly of Lexington Associates, Inc. <br /> described in a deed recorded in said Deeds, Book 8401, Page 98; and appropriate money <br /> therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by <br /> transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br />
