-6- ARTICLE 20. To see if the Town will vote to install sewer mains in such accepted or unaccepted streets or other land as the Selectmen may determine, subject to the assessment of betterments or otherwise, in accordance with Chapter 504 of the Acts of 1897, as amended, or otherwise, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; appropriate money for such installation and land acquisition and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including any special sewer funds, or by borrowing, or by any corrbination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. To see if the Town will vote to install trunk sewers in such accepted or unaccepted streets or other land as the Selectmen may determine, subject to the assessment of betterments or otherwise, in accordance with Chapter 504 of the Acts of 1897, as amended, or otherwise, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; appropriate money for such installation and land acquisition and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including any special sewer funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for highway maintenance under the authority of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
