To see if the Town will transfer unexpended appropriation balances in any <br /> of the accounts to the Excess and Deficiency Account, or to other accounts suitable for such <br /> transfer under Chapter 44 of the General Laws; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate money to pay any unpaid bills <br /> rendered to the Town for prior years; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the Reserve Find <br /> as provided by Section 6 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including the <br /> Reserve Fund - Overlay Surplus, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to petition the Director <br /> of Accounts of the State for an audit for the year 1971; or act in any other manner in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 10.
