<br /> ARTICLE 74. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by adding at the
<br /> end of Section 22 thereof entitled "Geographical descriptions of residence districts", a new
<br /> subsection 22.5 reading as follows:
<br /> 22.5 RH-Planned Housing & Duelling Districts
<br /> 22.51 A district on the easterly side of Bow Street, containing seven and
<br /> 6/10 (7.6) acres, more or less, and being bounded and described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Bow Street approximately
<br /> six hundred ten (610) feet from the southerly bank of Millbrook Channel, thence
<br /> easterly by land now or formerly of Robert Cataldo, Anthony Cataldo, Edward Cataldo
<br /> and Mary D'Arrigo, seven hundred sixty: seven (767) feet; thence northerly by the boundary
<br /> line between the Towns of Lexington and Arlington three hundred and twelve (312) feet;
<br /> thence westerly by land of the Town of Arlington Water Works, to a stone bound,
<br /> four hundred and forty (440) feet, and by another line by land of owners unknown,
<br /> four hundred and five (405) feet; thence southerly by said Bow.Street by three lines .
<br /> measuring seventy-three (73) feet, sixty-six and 34/100 (66.34) and two hundred twenty
<br /> and 30/100 (220.30) feet, respectively; thence easterly by land now or formerly of
<br /> Mary A. Cataldo, ninety-one (91) feet; thence southerly by land of said Mary A. Cataldo,
<br /> in two lines, thirty-seven (37) feet and one hundred eighteen and 65/100 (118.65) feet
<br /> respectively; thence westerly by land of said Mary A. Cataldo, one hundred twenty three
<br /> and 38/100 (123.38) feet; thence southerly by said Bow Street forty-two and 46/100
<br /> (42.46) feet to the point of beginning; all said distances being more or less; said
<br /> lot being shown as Lot "B" on Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass., dated Feb. 7, 1961,
<br /> Albert A. Miller and Wilbur C. Nylander, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, recorded
<br /> Middlesex South Registry of Deeds, Book 9827, Page 440.

<br /> ARTICLE 75. To see if the Town will vote to amend the General. By-Laws, Article XXIV
<br /> Sections 6 and 25, by substituting therefore the text set forth in the attachment to this
<br /> Petition.
<br /> ARTICLE XXIV, section 6
<br /> (1) Except as provided herein, or otherwise by law or by-law, or by easement,
<br /> license, or privilege duly granted, no person shall place or maintain in any public way
<br /> or parking lot any goods, wares, merchandise, furniture, or other chattels not related
<br /> or incidental to the normal and convenient use of such way or lot for travel, passage,
<br /> or parking.
<br /> (2) A person proposing (a) to distribute leaflets, handbills, or other literature,
<br /> or to gather signatures for an initiative, referendum, candidacy, petition, organizational
<br /> membership drive, public statement, or other similar document or matter; or (b) to engage
<br /> in other activity not conducted primarily for commercial purposes, may make written
<br /> application to the Town Manager or his designee for permission to conduct such activity
<br /> in a public way or parking lot, and in connection therewith to place and maintain in such
