To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission to purchase or <br /> otherwise acquire and authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent domain, upon the written <br /> request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes as provided by Section 8C of <br /> Chapter 40 of the General Laws, any fee, easement, conservation restriction as defined in <br /> Section 31 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws, or other interest in all or any part of the <br /> land bounded and described as follows: <br /> NORTHWESTERLY by a line parallel to and distant 100 feet southeasterly from the southeasterly <br /> line of the Northern Circumferential Highway (Route 128); <br /> NORTHEASTERLY by Reed Street, as shown on the "Plan of Lots at Lexington Heights owned by <br /> M.
