To see if the Town will vote to establish as a Town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Ballard Terrace from North <br /> Hancock Street, northerly a distance of approximately 820 feet as laid out <br /> by the Selectmen and shown upon a plan on .file in the office of the Town <br /> Clerk, dated December Sa, 1953 and to take by eminent domain or otherwise <br /> acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; and <br /> raise and appropriate money therefor; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 51. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a Town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Bates Road from Wood Street, <br /> northeasterly, a distance of approximately 959 feet as laid out by the <br /> Selectmen and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the Town Clerk, <br /> dated December 10, 1953 and to take by eminent domain or otherwise acquire <br /> any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; and raise <br /> and appropriate money therefor; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> - thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 52. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a Town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Battle Green Road from Minute <br /> Man Lane westerly and northwesterly to Paul Revere Road, a distance of <br /> approximately 1166 feet as laid out by the Selectmen and shown upon a plan <br /> on file in the office of the, Town Clerk, dated December 10, 1953 and to <br /> take by eminent domain or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other in- <br /> terest in land necessary therefor; and raise and appropriate money therefor; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICT,E 53. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a Town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Benjamin Road from Concord <br /> Avenue, northerly and westerly to Concord Avenue, a distance of approx- <br /> imately 1154 feet as laid out by the Selectmen and shown upon a plan on <br /> file in the officeof the Town Clerk, dated December 17, 1953 and to take <br /> by eminent domain or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest <br /> in land necessary therefor; and raise and appropriate money therefor; or <br /> act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
