2 <br /> <br />Mark Manasas sought input from the committee regarding how the findings should be presented to the <br />public. Marian Cohen and Ruth Remington were available for questions and answers regarding the <br />contents of the report. <br /> <br />Clarification was sought over the scale of numbers surrounding open-ended questions and the <br />methodology of collecting open-ended question data. Marian Cohen and Ruth Remington encouraged <br />committee members to send revisions to them. <br /> <br />Joe Pato and Dan Krupka acknowledged the utility of the committee to emphasize the takeaways and <br />policy recommendations that can be drawn from the report. <br /> <br />Margaret Coppe and Mark Manasas suggested working on resolving the section in question prior to <br />presenting the findings to the public, possibly a small group work session before September 30th. <br /> <br />Approve VFL Section of Annual Town Report <br />The VFL Section of the Annual Town Report was approved for submission. <br /> <br />Discussion of Comprehensive Plan in relation to VFL Committee Charge <br />Robert Peters provided an update.
