Town-wide Survey Discussion <br />Mark Manasas highlighted the Survey Report Presentation. The topic of securing clean drinking water <br />was discussed as it was mentioned as a priority in the Town-wide Survey Report. The next presentations <br />will be held: <br />November 4, 9:30am in the Community Center Cafeteria <br />November 15, 7:30pm in the Hastings Elementary School Cafeteria <br />It was determined that a non-restricted version of the presentation and report be included for viewing <br />on the VFL webpage. <br />Dan Krupa noted that a post-survey action plan be drafted. Mark Manasas and Bob Peters mentioned <br />that the Town-wide Survey Working Group can formulate the action items prior to its dissolution. <br /> <br />Update on Subcommittee on Voter Participation in Lexington <br />Margaret Coppe shared the need to appoint a new Chair to the Subcommittee. The Subcommittee will <br />be meeting with Town Clerks from the Commonwealth following a conversation with the Lexington <br />Town Clerk. <br /> <br />Next Steps <br />Mark Manasas noted that there is a list of priorities that VFL had drafted that would be useful in <br />executing the committee’s charge. <br />John Giudice sought more information on the status of Participatory Budgeting. <br />Dan Krupka noted the utility of identifying action items for VFL based on the Town’s newly enacted <br />comprehensive plan. Bob Peters confirmed that there are areas for VFL to work on. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Next Meeting: <br />December 2, 2022 at 7:45am <br /> <br />Adjourn: 8:55am
