f~r <br /> SPECIAL ELECTION TOWN MEETING MEMBERS PRECINCT FIVE <br /> JULY 9, 1975 <br /> A special election for Town Meeting Members of Precinct Five only was <br /> held in the Town Clerk's Office, Town Office Building at 6:45 P. M. to fill the <br /> vacancy caused by the death of Charles F. Gallagher, Jr. As there was no <br /> defeated candidate available, it was necessary for the existing members to <br /> elect a member from among the registered voters of Precinct Five. <br /> There were 18 Town Meeting Members from Precinct Five present. <br /> Howard Cravis was chairman of the meeting and George F. McCormack was <br /> Clerk. <br /> The following nominations were made from the floor: <br /> Guy W. Doran nominated: Edward R. DuBois <br /> 207 East Street <br /> Ephraim Weiss nominated: Leon D. Michelove <br /> 1 Cooke Road <br /> David G. Williams nominated: Wilma E. Frey <br /> 1133 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> William M. Fraser nominated: Lloyd D. Taylor <br /> 1 Maureen Road <br /> Voting was by paper ballot with the result as follows: <br /> Edward R. DuBois 10 <br /> Leon D. Michelove 6 <br /> Wilma E. Frey 2 <br /> Lloyd D. Taylor 0 <br /> 18 <br /> Edward R. DuBois was duly elected as a Town Meeting Member in Precinct <br /> Five for a term ending March 1976. <br /> Norma B. Jervis <br /> Asst.
