As indicated in the Tree Permit, 3 large trees (52", 48" and 50") in the setback were removed for a total of 150". However, the mitigation fee entered by Chris in the permit last week on Oct. 5 is specified as $15,000. This doesn't take into account the 2X multiplier for these trees which are all greater than 24" DBH. The correct mitigation fee should be $30,000 reflecting the 300 replacement inches. Can you please shed some light on this? Thanks, Gerry Gmail - 5 Munroe Rd https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ik=4888d66222&view=pt&search=a... 1 of 1 10/31/2022, 4:54 PM
