In February 2022 as compared to February 2021: <br /> 7am - 11pm operations increased 11.7% in February 2022 <br /> Singles (including touch and goes) decreased 9.3% in February 2022 <br /> Turbo activity increased 29.0% in February 2022 <br /> Jet operations increased 41.9% in February 2022 <br /> Helicopter activity increased 5.1% in February 2022 <br /> Night Operations (11pm-7am) increased from 114 in February 2020 to 164 in February 2022, a 43.9 % increase <br /> Calendar year to date operations are down 11.6% in 2022 compared to 2019 pre-pandemic levels <br /> Emily Mitchell noted complaint total for February is the lowest amount in consecutive months since July 2021 <br /> <br /> Capital Programs and Third Party Development Reports: Amber Goodspeed presented the Capital Programs and <br />Third Party Development reports and noted that: <br /> Vegetation Management team plans to follow up with Bedford Conservation Commission and their Arborist to <br />discuss completion of work; frozen ground conditions delayed work <br /> As discussed previously in HFAC, Ross Aviation project is ongoing; imagery provided showed updates to project <br /> Former Navy Hangar Land Swap appraisals are expected to be completed during Spring 2022 <br /> Pre-construction work for T-Hangar relocation ongoing; fencing, site security, erosion controls and access road <br />o Emily Mitchell queried about construction vehicles at T-Hangar construction; steel delivery is expected in <br />March-April. Twelve Month vertical construction project M-F during normal business hours.
