Those present expressed satisfaction and Keith will work with <br />Suzie on updating the charge when all comments are in. <br /> <br />Bike Ped Plan RFP <br />A draft of the RFP for the upcoming Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan project was circulated <br />to GCC members. Peggy said the draft seems pretty rough at this time and was unsure <br />of the deadline for comments, but GCC members should send comments to her as soon <br />as practical. Keith suggested the Hanscom community would like a connection to <br />bikeway and its representative Jeff Roth has been active in cycling in Lexington for <br />many years. <br /> <br />ACROSS Concept Plan <br />Keith shared the latest draft of the ACROSS concept map for live comments by those <br />present. A shallow level of detail was discussed but the consensus was that the map <br />and explanatory spreadsheet were appropriate for possible inclusion in OS and rec <br />plan. <br /> <br />Pending Items: <br />Archive options for maintaining copies of ACROSS artwork, etc. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned around 5:45 pm. <br /> <br />Next Meeting: October 6, 4:30-6 pm, location and format (in person, remote, hybrid) <br />TBD. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Dates: November 3, December 8
