FINANCIALS <br /> Approval of Bills and Checks paid in August 2022 <br /> <br /> Upon a motion by Maureen Rynn and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board <br /> voted to accept the Bills and Checks as presented for August 2022. The roll call <br /> vote was as follows: <br /> <br />YEAS NAYS ABSTAIN ABSENT <br />Nicholas Santosuosso NONE NONE NONE <br />Richard F. Perry <br />Melinda Walker <br />Mark McCullough <br />Maureen Rynn <br /> <br />5. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT <br /> <br />ARPA Targeted funding <br />Caileen met with the DHCD engineer at both Greeley and Vynebrooke Village. The <br />plan is to design the scope of work to include both properties for a new fire system. <br /> <br />Project Updates: <br /> <br />Countryside Village Bathroom and Interior Closet Door <br />Project is on schedule. There are some punch list items but otherwise moving along. <br /> <br />ModPHASE <br />Many contractors attended the site visit. Filed sub bids were due 8/24/22. General <br />Contractor bids were due 9/7/22. Caileen has a meeting with DHCD to discuss total <br />funding sources and once that is finalized the architect can move forward with <br />reference checks. <br /> <br />Resident Service Coordinator <br />Muriel resigned from her position. Caileen has meeting next week to discuss our <br />options now with the RSC grant. <br /> <br />Leona Martin’s husband, Charles, passed away. LHA Board and staff sent a fruit <br />arrangement. <br /> <br /> <br />6. OLD BUSINESS <br />A.) Countryside Village- Bathroom and Interior Closet Renovation-Change Order #2 <br /> <br />Consideration of request by the Executive Director to approve Change Order #2 from <br />Marino Construction, in the amount of $9,353.59 for the Countryside Village – <br />Bathroom and Interior Closet Renovation. Change Order #2 is for the addition of <br />transition strips inside the closet doorways to avoid trip hazard and fulfill federal <br />inspection requirements.
