However, obtaining permits from local building departments, <br />obtaining hardware etc. takes time, so NESHW would schedule system installation for 6-8 weeks from receipt of <br />signed proposal. <br />Terms and conditions: <br />Total Systems Cost: $ 18,550 <br />Down payment: ($ 2,000) -Due with signed proposal (non-refundable.) <br />First payment due: ($ 5,000) -Due 4 weeks prior to installation date. <br />Installation payment due: ($ 11,550) -Due upon completion and system start-up. <br />Buyer's Right to Cancel: <br />If you do not want the goods or services, you may cancel this agreement by giving notice to the seller. If you <br />cancel, the seller may not keep any part of your cash down payment. Cancellation notice must state you do not want <br />the goods or services and received before midnight of the 5th business day after you signed this acceptance form. <br />Incentives: <br />Your system qualifies for Federal tax incentives. The availability of incentives is dependent on individual <br />taxpayer information and not guaranteed by NESHW. The IRS and the MA Dept. of Revenue may consider rebates or <br />AEC sales income to be taxable income, and a tax liability may exist even if you did not directly receive the rebate <br />check. Please check with your tax preparer for the availability and effect of incentives on your tax return. <br />The owner: <br />Agrees that he/she and has read this proposal and any addenda and the terms, specifications and conditions <br />are satisfactory. Represents and warrants that he/she is the owner or authorized agent of the Construction Address. <br />Authorizes NESHW to work as specified and payment will be made as outlined above. <br />This proposal is valid 60 days from date of issue.
