Approx. <br /> In Attendance: Chairman _largery Battin, Joseph Trani , William <br /> ilothorpe , r.arsten Sorensen , Jack Powell, Robert Sacco, Judy <br /> Newman, Henry Peterson and Laura Nichols . Allowed to attend <br /> were ::ASC Rep . Angela Frick, Robert Bowyer, Walter Tonaszuck, <br /> and Planning Board Chairman Jacquelyn Smith. <br /> -iscussion--the Belfrey lot. Harley Anderson of Grace 'Cha el was <br /> reported to have said that the land is appraised for 490,000 <br /> on the basis of two home building lots , but that the land could <br /> well be worth more than that . The Church has considered selling <br /> the lot, and they has also considered building a school on the <br /> site. They extended : ' the lease for 6 months ; the last lease <br /> was for 3 months . <br /> Bally Tonaszuck reported that receipts from the parking program <br /> were 4125,000 (approx) and 450,000 (approx) in operating- : <br /> expenses , leaving approximately 475,000 available for parking <br /> improvements . The Belfrey lot has the potential for 60 parking <br /> spaces . Permission was given to Wally to proceed to look into <br /> the acquision of the Belfrey lot and to survey and design a <br /> new plan with cost estimates for the Xeriam St. lot owned by the <br /> Town. This notion was made by Bob Sacco and seconded by <br /> Joe Trani . <br /> After the vote , the meeting was adjourned .. <br /> Laura Nichols <br />
