Allowed to attend were ::ASC Rep . Angela Frick, Robert Bowyer, Walter Tonaszuck, and Planning Board Chairman Jacquelyn Smith. -iscussion--the Belfrey lot. Harley Anderson of Grace 'Cha el was reported to have said that the land is appraised for 490,000 on the basis of two home building lots , but that the land could well be worth more than that . The Church has considered selling the lot, and they has also considered building a school on the site. They extended : ' the lease for 6 months ; the last lease was for 3 months . Bally Tonaszuck reported that receipts from the parking program were 4125,000 (approx) and 450,000 (approx) in operating- : expenses , leaving approximately 475,000 available for parking improvements . The Belfrey lot has the potential for 60 parking spaces . Permission was given to Wally to proceed to look into the acquision of the Belfrey lot and to survey and design a new plan with cost estimates for the Xeriam St. lot owned by the Town. This notion was made by Bob Sacco and seconded by Joe Trani . After the vote , the meeting was adjourned .. Laura Nichols
