TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />Permanent Building Committee <br />Permanent Members <br />Jon Himmel, Co-Chairman, Charles Favazzo, Co-Chairman, <br />Peter Johnson, Philip Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Elizabeth Giersbach, Frederick Merrill <br />Police Station Members: Semoon Oh, Wendy Krum <br />Associate Members: Curt Barrentine, Henrietta Mei <br /> <br />PBC Minutes for the meeting held on: 8-25-22 <br />Meeting was held remotely via Zoom <br /> <br />Members Present: <br />Jon Himmel, Charles Favazzo, Peter Johnson, Phil Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Frederick Merrill, Semoon Oh, <br />Wendy Krum <br />Curt Barrentine, Henriett Mae <br /> <br />The PBC Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm <br /> <br />PBC Meeting Minutes <br />Staff presented that the Minutes for 2-3-22 had been previously held over for some edits which are now complete / <br />incorporated. The minutes for 5-24-22 were emailed out on 5-25-22 and any comments received to date have been <br />addressed. A Motion was made and Seconded to approve the minutes presented. <br /> <br />Motion to Approve the Meeting Minutes for 2-3-2022 and 5-24-2022, as edited. <br />Motion by Phil Coleman and Seconded by Chuck Favazzo, the motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />PBC Business <br />Staff had two general business items/updates, the first being that <br />• Joe Pato has replaced Mark Sandeen as the Select Board Liaison <br />The second was an update on the Share File system. <br />• A request was made a bout a share file location being made for PBC to access Documents. The IT department <br />has put this together and is working with Facilities staff to have everything working properly. A notice will go to <br />PBC soon. <br /> <br />Westview Cemetery <br />Staff presented an update on the overall Construction activity at Westview Cemetery. Work is progressing, consistent <br />with the working schedule and contracted deadline. <br />No Current Changes to Construction Costs. <br /> <br />Temp Police Project Update <br />Temp Police project wrapped up on schedule save 1 item. <br />Manual transfer switch / Docking station is still on order and a late August or early October delivery is expected at this <br />time. <br />The Building power does not need to be shut down when the tie in is made. <br />Final Payment & Retainage being held until after switch installed <br /> <br />Budget <br /> Budget Committed <br />Construction $351,100 $351,100 <br />Construction Contingency $ 35,100 $ 18,209 <br />Complete <br /> <br />
