There is no problem, Marshall will meet with <br />the Conservation Committee about: the water that runs down the hill. Noonan <br />and McDowell will do the survey. <br />There well be a special Town Meeting in November to discuss the deficit. <br />There was a Selectmen's meeting about forming a housing partnership that <br />may be able to get a Federal block grant. Marshall stated that advocacy <br />was very important, but it was not our place. We do what the Town wants <br />us to do. Martha will represent us at the future meetings. <br />The Board discussed the CMARC letter that Bill had drawn up and agree to <br />have it sent. We will check in six to eight months to see if they have <br />received more funding. <br />The next meeting is on Wednesday, October 8, at 7:3o p,m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Joan M.
