The students are finishing <br />this next week. We will have to finish the house with private contractors. <br />When it is completed, we will invite the Selectmen and Town meeting <br />members to an Open House. <br />The meeting with the Rangeway neighbors was very positive. They expressed <br />concern about the unused part of the land, which will remain as is, and <br />they were told the road will be repaired and improved up to James Street <br />by the developer who is building at the bottom of the street. <br />On July ~1, LexHAB goes before the Selectmen to present the case for <br />developing Rangeway lot. <br />Marshall told the Baard that David Bums is using SOB to develop pauses <br />on Grandview Avenue, The Town will still own some lots there, <br />The next meeting will be held on July l6, at 7:30 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Joan M. ~~all <br />
