Derby, Dave Eagle, Cat~~y ~l~bott, <br />Bill Hays and Martha ~~vod <br />The minutes were approved with one change: the sentence <br />following North Street should read "Lexhab is waitin <br />g <br />for a letter from Town Counsel, following which we will <br />go to the selectmen," '~ <br />There was no Treasurer's report, <br />Rangeway --- Updated financial statements for the <br />pro,~ect were presented, Dave reported that framing is <br />.moving well and that the road work will probably be <br />.done this Spring, <br />Johnson Farm ~~--~ It was noted that the cellar hole for <br />the Lexhab unit has not been dug; the builder seems to <br />be running behind schedule, <br />Sedge Road --- fur tenant will do her best to keep the <br />outside drain clean. <br />North Street --~ Marshall reported that in Palmer Dodge's <br />opinion, the front lot having been aquired from the <br />Commonwealth can be used for any approved municipal use of <br />which housing is one, The rear lot having been purchased <br />for recreational use cannot be used otherwise without an <br />act of the Great and General Court and approval by the <br />Selectmen. Marshall also stated that the Conservation <br />Commission plans t~~~~ift the front lot into conserva- <br />tion. Marshall will discuss this ' <br />turn of events with the <br />Planning Board and later with the Selectmen; in the <br />meantime, he will call Bob Bicknell and bring him up to <br />date, <br />Next Meeting: March 9th at 7 pm. <br />It was then voted, each member separately registering <br />his or her vote, unanimously to go into Executive Session <br />to discuss purchase of land, <br />Respectfully submitted: <br />Bill Hays ' <br />..^.~. <br />
