They plan <br />to build ten single family houses. <br />There is nothing new to report on the Busy farm land, <br />Laura Derby found the information on ~A, and Bill reported they had <br />agreed to original terms. <br />Norman reported that he was visited by Trustees from Muzzey Condo, with <br />the report from the architect about the work needed far Muzzey and about <br />a request to add the assessment on to selling price, Bill suggested <br />we not be involved and the Board agreed. Bill Kennedy suggested that they <br />keep the 5% and cover improvements. Bill asked Lester and Dan to report <br />in September on the market value of a Muzzey unit as compared to other <br />un1tS In T4Wn, <br />Bill K,, Martha, and Bob Bicknell interviewed three people for Town <br />survey and have signed an agreement with Karen Sonneburg. We expect an <br />report in rnid-September on other Tawn's experience, <br />Nove~ber 1 is deadline for CPA funds. Bob Bicknell has suggested we build <br />a reserve to buy Kathdin ~~oods and future purchases. Bill H, and Martha <br />will work on it. <br />The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 10. <br />The Board agreed to go into executive session and da not intend to go <br />back into regular session, it was unanimously voted by roll call. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Joan M, Wall <br />
