It passed, but <br />there are questions if they qualify unc~er 40B. <br />The Town Planner, Aaron Henry came before the Board to discuss 408, <br />and the changes they want to make to our rules and regulations. <br />Jefferson Union development will. owe us $200,000 ater their second to <br />last sale is completed, <br />Bill H. received a call from ~~ unit at Parker ~~Ianor to see if we would <br />be interested Zn buying his ~-~it . Board ~~~embers will ~.ook at it . <br />The Minutes for March were appw~oved with the addition of Martha ~~ood present. <br />The Treasurers report was approved. Dave gave the Board members a <br />booklet from MMDT.
