We will <br />move the money into the M~~T. <br />331338 Bedford Street pipes and sump were set too low and running constantly. The <br />B-dry company returned to raise the pump to correct the situation. <br />Parker Manor- There is a need to re~nove lead paint in certain areas. A letter has <br />been sent to Urban Property Management explaining the situation, and explaining that <br />we would pay for the encapsulation. The Inspector's report was sent to Urban Mgt. <br />Bill Kennedy will call our new tenant and explain again that we don't allow ani~rals <br />in our units. <br />Dave will ask Lester Savage to become a Board member. <br />The Tavilla fam~.ly request that Sheryl's unit be put in trust, because of her liability. <br />She will have her rights, and the unit will be sold when she no longer occupies it. <br />It was so voted,. and Pat will handle the details. <br />The owner of lot 59 on Arcola Street is giving the lot to the Town. It seems too <br />small to build upon, but Pat will look up the regulations. <br />Martha went to the Informational meeting for Town Meeting. Dawn McKenna wants a letter <br />from State saying our units at Parker Manor qualify for 4oB. <br />Pat will speak to the Trustee at Emerson hardens about reimbursement for damage done <br />to our units. <br />our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 22, at 7.3~ p.m. <br />
