Bill explained <br />that he and Marshall Derby had met with Agency 15 years ago and came to <br />an agreement to reduce paperwork. Bill will look for copy of agreement <br />and offered to buy out mortgage. MHFA does not want to let mortgage go <br />because "they want to keep units affordable." Bill explained, that was <br />Qur m1SSlon: <br />There was a discussion of our five year rule, which Board will keep in <br />effect. If someone is overincome, they will be given one year to find <br />housing.
