The rent will be increased <br />to $1400. <br />The was a bad backup of sewage into 8 Bruce Road, A thank you note to <br />Bill Hadley will be sent, for their prompt response <br />Martha and Bill attended the CPA meetings If funds from Metrowest Home <br />Consortium are approved, are out of packet money will be reduced. This <br />will be reported at CPA hearing in December. <br />CPA and the Planning Board want the three Parker Manor units to be <br />counted toward the State housing numbers, sa we would have to change <br />our. advertising and selection process. <br />Franklin School--Dave met with Town Manager, Comptroller, Jeanne Kreiger, <br />Norman Cohen, Patricia Nelson, and Mecky Amami from Community Builders <br />and toured the school. A decision was made to have Mecky present the <br />r~aterial to the full Selectmen Board. Mecky was to get contractor's bids. <br />~~ <br />Muzzey--The To~~n.~ s mortgage has not been discharged.
