4 MILITIA DRIVE, SUITE 3 <br />LE~INGTC]N, MASSACHUSETTS OZ4~I <br />~~81} 863-5362 <br />Minutes for June l3, ~4D7' <br />Present:William Hays, Donald Wilson, David Eagle, Martha Wood, <br />Gerald Hower., I~illiam Kennedy, and Patricia Nelson <br />The minutes were approved as read. <br />The Treasurers report was approved as read. Bill and Dave are going <br />to Schwab to discuss investments. <br />Bill discussed the Subsidy report. The Board will, have five members and <br />will handle $10,44. It was agreed by the Board that Bill should proceed <br />to ask Paul Newman. <br />Bill wrote to Gerry Abegg explaining our inability to rehab St. Brigid's <br />house. <br />Pat sent a letter to Joe Gelarmini to not do any more work at 33~~338 <br />Bedford Street and to return the keys. A check was sent to Michael Sowle <br />for the, damage to personal items done by Joe's workmen. Richard Maggio <br />will be asked to evaluate and discuss needed improvements for the water <br />problem. <br />There was a discussion about a house 'on Cottage Street.
