After discussion, Bill recommended that they honor their initial <br />agreements. <br />The Subsidy Study was presented and discussed. Suggestions were; to set <br />target for percent of market rate, set a ceiling, and assess every two <br />years. There will be further discussion, <br />Bill Hays has agreed to be temporary Chairman. <br />The nest meeting will be held on Tuesday, .March 13, <br />
