<br />Two complaints were received in January: <br /> <br />1. A gentleman who did not identify himself called on 1/25 to ask if <br />there was a "local office" for Verizon that he could call to get a <br />salesman to visit his home to discuss the terms of service in <br />detail. I responded that I didn't know of such an office, and <br />suggested that he work with the employees on the toll-free number <br />(888-GET-FiOS)(888-438-3467). <br /> <br />2. Mrs. Aker called on 1/30. She reported that she couldn't get <br />LIFT on Verizon channel 37. After calling Hancock for information <br />(they pointed me at Lakis, for whom I left voicemail). I suggested <br />that she check with Verizon. I also suggested that she ask LexMedia <br />during normal business hours to find out if they've heard anything. <br /> <br />I've attached my first cut at the spreadsheet, with November and <br />January <br /> Call’s filled in. <br /> <br />
