Bylaw Amendment-Regular and Annual Meetings <br /> <br />The Executive Director would like to amend the Lexington Housing Authority <br />Bylaws to reflect the current regular board meeting date and time to the second <br />Thursday of the month at 8:30am. The Board has the discretion to change meeting <br />date and time as needed for quorum purposes. <br />
