Letter and 1941 Statutory Exemption Application received from <br /> Mrs. Helen G. Potter of 32 Locust Avenue were .;.read and examined but <br /> because of Mrs. Potter's equity she was not entitled to exemption <br /> under Clause -17. <br /> Letter was sent to Mrs. ' Potter informing her of the decision of <br /> the Board on her application. <br /> Letter from Mrs. Josephine F. Baker of 7 Hunt Road was read but <br /> because Mrs. Baker did not filefor abatements on her 1941 taxes <br /> on or before-Oct. 1st, theassessors could not grant her any abate- <br /> ments for 1941. <br /> Letter was sent to Mrs. Baker telling her to file on her personal <br /> property during January 1942. <br /> Letter dated Sept. 27th from Mrs. Helen C. Morgan was read but as <br /> no 1941 state approved abatement application was received i* the Board <br /> could take no action on her request for a reduction on the 1941 assess- <br /> ment. <br /> Letter dated Oct. 4th from Daniel/J.
