Agenda
1. Call to Order – HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal
The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:01 pm.
Minutes were taken by Betsey Weiss.
2. Review of Land Acquisition Policy Draft Proposal
The entirety of the meeting was spent in a review of the draft policy proposal. Substantial
improvements were made. The subcommittee will contact Carol Kowalski to get her input, get
the input of the HPB and then start writing talking points and start a presentation at the next
meeting.
3. Minutes were voted and approved- Jan. 4th, Jan. 25th, Feb. 1st, Feb. 22nd, and March 22nd. Harriet
Cohen moved the five sets of minutes and Jeri Foutter seconded the minutes. All in favor.
4. Set Next Meeting
The subcommittee did set a tentative next meeting date for May 26th. Ms. Weiss will coordinate
among the subcommittee members if the date needs to change.
5. Adjourn Meeting
Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Foutter seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
