Liaison), Melinda Nasardinov, Paul Smyke (left 8:15) , Anne <br /> Grady (8:18), Lester Savage (left 8:45), Anne Grady <br /> Absent: Carolyn Goldstein, Suzie Barry (Cary Library Trustees Liaison), Doug Lucente (Select Board <br /> Liaison) <br /> Guests: Elaine Ashton,JaneL Showalter, Kathy Dalton (8:50) <br /> Recording Secretary: Cristina Burwell <br /> The meeting began at 8:05 with an online Roll Call & Reading of the Statement on Use of <br /> Virtual Meetings. <br /> Review of presentation slides <br /> • No changes since last viewing <br /> • Recommendation to put in quotes from LPS social studies, etc. <br /> Minutes for April 28 were approved with small changes, unanimously, as motioned by Mark <br /> and seconded by Anne. May 5, 2022 minutes were approved unanimously, as motioned by <br /> Melinda and seconded by Anne. <br /> Melinda volunteered to confirm that Carolyn did not want to give the final presentation, and <br /> second to that take on the presentation given how closely they have worked together. <br /> Jeff asked who would attend the meeting if it were live (Jeff to confirm if online or onsite <br /> meeting). Yes from Cristina, Jeff, Melinda, Les, Anne, Jackie. <br /> Review of final report and presentation materials <br /> Jeff presented his work on summarizing feasibility topics. Some committee members felt that <br /> documents that bullet points were pulled from need to be reviewed separately if included as <br /> an appendix. <br /> Janet noted that the comment of "history not presented elsewhere" meant that if (for <br /> example) slavery was presented elsewere that it could not be found at the Stone Building, <br /> and also that the Old Schwab Mill used office space in such a way that might be explored as <br /> 1 <br />
