Annual Plan <br /> We are in year 5 of 5-year plan (starting in 2018-2023). <br /> Capital Fund projects completed past year include: window project at Scattered <br /> Sites and new carpeting at Countryside Village. <br /> b. Capital Fund Program Action Plan <br /> Future capital plan items include: Countryside Village bathroom and closet project. This <br /> will use all remaining cap funds for 21-23 plus some reserves, as discussed at previous <br /> meetings. Capital fund allocations after 2023 (including 23, 24 and 25) are now being <br /> budgeted towards operations. <br /> We reached out to all Federal Public housing residents via Survey to get their feedback. <br /> These include: kitchen cabinets, fix drafty windows, bathroom modernization. Overall <br /> tenants are happy. <br /> 3 <br />
