Land Acquisition Subcommittee Meeting on January 25,2022

Agenda
1. Call to Order—HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal
The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:00 pm. Minutes were taken by Harriet
Cohen.
2. Housing Partnership Board (HPB) Recommendations to the Planning and Select Boards
The subcommittee reviewed a draft of the letter to be sent to the Select Board.The letter
requests the approval of the Select Board for the HPB to lead an effort to develop a land
acquisition policy. Once developed, the policy would be submitted to the Select Board for their
approval and for implementation by the Town.
3. Set Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on February 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
4. Adjourn Meeting
Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Weiss seconded the motion.The motion passed
unanimously.
