a. MSBA process -will discuss more next month, but great news that the LHS SOP has <br /> been accepted by MSBA. Hopefully we'll be able to start talking about how a new <br /> building could also go along with the strategic planning. <br /> b. COVID/Health and related Q &A—the vote on whether to remove the indoor mask <br /> mandate by BOH is tomorrow; we don't know when/how it will roll out. Andrew will <br /> remind people in the newsletter to be accepting of people wearing masks, not wearing <br /> masks, respect other people's choices. <br /> i. Questions: what about a student who's immunocompromised, is there a way to <br /> give them a space where everyone is masked? We can't do that in classrooms, but <br /> in the cafeterias, they're looking at bringing long tables back into commons 2, <br /> keeping desks in commons 1, so if people want to keep more space they can stay <br /> somewhere like that. <br /> ii. No possibility of organizing classrooms by masking status. Once the mask <br /> mandate is gone, it's gone; we just need to be kind and patient with each other. <br /> 1.
