He <br /> stated that the plan has not yet been submitted to the Board <br /> of Selectmen, but he felt that something should be done. <br /> Col. Barry left this meeting at 8:40 P.M. <br /> *d,***.r*s:** <br /> Tt was regularly moved and voted to dispense with <br /> the reading of the minutes of the meetings held May 28, <br /> 1945 and August 10, 1945. <br /> 'n'i:"**7L C?L'n*n <br /> Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt then took up the different <br /> requests of transfers from the Reserve Fund. <br /> The first request from the Board of Selectmen was <br /> $2, 500.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Highway Road Machinery <br /> Account. <br /> Ronald Brown made the motion, seconded by Michael <br /> Honking and voted that we transfer the sum of $2,500.00 from <br /> the Reserve Fund to the Highway Road Machinery Account. <br /> The next item taken up was the request of $600.00 <br /> from the Reserve Fund to the Care of Dumps and Removal of <br /> Ashes Account. Ronald D. Brom made a motion, seconded by <br /> Jasper Lane, and voted to transfer the sum of $600.00 from <br /> the Reserve Fund to the Care of Dumps and Removal of Ashes <br /> Account. <br /> The next item taken up was the request of $50.00 <br /> from the Reserve Fund to the Sealer of Weig.ts and Measures <br /> Expenses Account to increase the automobile allowance from <br /> 150.00 to $200.00 a year, which was the amount previously <br /> received by Mr. Ralph Chadvvick before he entered the Service. <br /> There was a Quest' on on the X50.00 asked for as <br /> tin' s amount represented the amount for the entire year, and <br /> as Mr. Lamont - the Military Substitute - has performed the <br /> duties to June 30, 1945, one-half the year, it seemed proper <br /> that the amount requested should be 25.00 which is the <br /> remaining portion for the year 1945. <br /> Therefore, a motion was made by J. Wilton Browns <br /> and seconded by reorge M. Dynes, and voted that 125.00 be <br />
