Hoyt, with <br /> the following members in attendance: <br /> Lewis L. Hoyt, Chairman <br /> Raymond A. Bond J. Milton Brown <br /> George Y. Hynes Thacher •Tenney <br /> Ronald D. Prown Harvey Winlock <br /> Carl F. Bryant <br /> Raymond L. White - Town Accountant <br /> Minutes of the Meeting Hel January 8, 1945. <br /> . It was regularly moved and voted to dispense with <br /> the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting held <br /> January 8, 1945. <br /> Chairmen Lewis L. ?Hoyt said that last Saturday, <br /> January 13th, Mr. Thomas S. rrindle got in touch with him <br /> and stated that the way the 151 salary increase vote read, <br /> certain new teachers could ask for the 15 ' increase which <br /> they had not intended to give them on account of their <br /> starting salaries being beyond the minimum. Mr. Hoyt then <br /> started to take up the different Budgets for approval, and <br /> intends later in the evening to aMain take up the question <br /> of the 15% salary increase - whether the vote should be <br /> changed or not. This Committee proceeded to approve the <br /> following Budgets <br /> Selectmen' s Department - Personal Services - Total <br /> Approved ` 3,37 ;-37. <br /> The salary of the Executive Clerk was figured <br /> at 435.00 Per week, plus 15` increase, or a net amount of <br />
