Robinson, is to be paid a fee <br /> of $750.00 which includes the East Lexington and Main Fire <br /> Stations . Leland and Larson, Architects, are to receive a <br /> set fee of 3,000.00 for plans , sneci.ficati.ons and estimates <br /> for the Main Fire Station. Eugene Morgan, Architect, is to <br /> receive a set fee of $1, 250. 00 for plans , specifications and <br /> estimates for the East Lexington Fire Station. The Committee is <br /> asking for 0125. 00 more than the commitments for incidental items <br /> which they may have. <br /> Mr. Nickerson stated that when the Stations are built, <br /> an additional 2% will be necessary for actual cost for the <br /> Architects in supervising the construction. Hoyt <br /> was with regard to the additional sums required in the Personal <br /> Services Budget to take care of increases given after the <br /> regular Town Meetin- . There are as follows: <br /> Appropriation Committee - Personal Services - 50.00 <br /> Accounting Department - Personal Services - 105.31 <br /> Treasurer 's Department - Personal Services - 12. 24 <br /> Collector ' s Department - Personal Services - 121.33 <br /> Assessors ' Department - Personal Services - 175.66 <br /> Selectmen ' s Department - Personal Services - 240.31 <br /> $704 .85 <br /> A motion was made, secondedand voted that a transfer <br /> from the Reserve Fund to the above various departments, personal <br /> services budgets, be made. <br /> Lewis L. Hoyt, Chairman, then proceeded to take up the <br /> request from the Board of Selectmen to transfer $625.00 from the <br /> Reserve Fund to account "Obtain plans, specifications and <br /> estimates for construction of a new fire station in East <br /> Lexington". <br /> A m tion was made , seconded and voted to transfer <br /> $625.00 from the Reserve Fund to account "Obtain plans, speci- <br /> fications and estimates for construction of a new fire station <br /> in East Lexington". <br /> Lewis L.
