He stated that they were dia. <br /> cussing the Senior Clerk question again, and wished that the <br /> Committee would consider it. <br /> After Mr . Locke left, Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt spoke <br /> about the salary situation. He suggested that we have a Salary <br /> Committee, or a Sub-Committee of the Anorooriation Committees to <br /> study the salary situation, and make recommendations . Chairman <br /> Lewis L. Hoyt appointed Ronald D. Brown and J.
